Today’s guest is Kelli Emerick, Founder and President of 121 Strategies & Government Relations, and Executive Director of the Secure ID Coalition. With over 12 years of experience in the tech industry, Kelli has an in-depth background in the areas of online child safety, identity management, information sharing, e-commerce, and privacy.
- Kelli received her B.A. from the University of Southern California and her M.A. from George Washington University.
- While at USC, Kelli interned for President Ronald Reagan.
- Kelli’s first job after college was working for Mike Huffington’s U.S. Senate campaign in California. Kelli was part of Huffington’s communications team.
- Kelli moved to Washington, D.C., and eventually went to work for Fleishman-Hillard Public Relations
- Kelli then went on to found 121 Strategies & Government Relations
